Dawn Saha: The Veganomicon by Isa Chandra Moscovitz and Terry Hope Romero (trying saying all that 10 times fast) The recipes are fairly easy too follow and taste really great and work out really well. Made a coconut lemon bundt cake last night and it turned out really nice, plus I have tried several other recipes from it and all them turned out great (though as a chef I added my own touches)I also would recommend this site for great recipes:http://vegandad.blogspot.com/ and come to think of it you can get his cookbook as well (I haven't gotten it yet but if it is a great as the site it is going to be top notch excellent, everything I have either ma! de or had from his site is always good though the seitan turkey and lunchmeats needed a bit more flavor but really everything turned out awesome)...Show more
Garrett Detone: "How To Cook Everything Vegetarian"I personally own it, and I find it very helpful because it shows you how to choose and store the fruits and veggies. There are some vegan recipes and quick and easy recipes in there as well. It has won an award too!http://www.amazon.com/How-Cook-Everything-Vegetari......Show more
