Caryl Mclaen: to make it clear: you dont need a multivitamin to be a healthy vegan. however theyre great for a little health insurance :-) heres a link to a great vegan multivitamin and a vegan calcium supplement (both chewable) http://wayfaringvegans.weebly.com/recommended-vita...
Kenneth Queener: Hey, I'm sorry if this is really off topic of the question with my assumptions but I'll give it my best. My assumption is that you are vegan, if you're not and just looking for a vegan multi vitamin for other reasons I apologize for the misconception. It's hard to use a multi vitamin while being vegan and have it give you the nutrients you need because a lot of the iron, calcium, b12, and proteins that you need to live in the vitamin have nothing to stick to and flush right through your body. (Making your pee bright yellow as well might I add) I would recommend the the vitamin code. I would assume the men's one is best for a teenage boy, I've never taken them (being th! at I am female) but have been taking the female ones for years and have loved them and find that days I don't take them I am very sluggish and more faint. In any case good luck, I hope you find the one that is right for you. I can't stress enough, do not spend a tonne of money on a multi vitamin that does not work, you are just wasting your money and time. If you're in Canada I'd recommend going to a dietitian for further information, although to my understanding it's more expensive to visit one in a non-socialized healthcare country.Good luck!! :D...Show more
Pasquale Pollet: the really mineral/nutrition that a vegan won't be able to get is nutrition B12 you may get calicum, iron and so on from all non animal product supplies so in case you've been waiting to get a nutrition that had both calicum and B12 in it....that would nicely be tremendous for you!
