Long Woltjer: You should always guess. A blank answer and a wrong answer both count for zero. If you run out of time, just fill in anything, at least you'll have a chance to get it right!
Marti Declue: you should guess on all of the questions...you lose points for getting questions wrong on the SAT but you should guess on the ACT
